Shipping Policy

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. shipping costs:

Flat Rate Priority Insured Shipping charges: Free shipping 


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, Our shipping time to the U.S. and Europe is 7-15 days and Our shipping time to countries outside the U.S. and Europe is 15-30 days. The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM. Domestic order handling time is 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms:

We use USPS, DHL or BTD to deliver the product.

Our shipping time to the U.S. is 7-17 days.

Our shipping time to Europe is 7-17 days.

Our shipping time to countries outside the U.S and Europe is h15 - 30 days.


E.  Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at  hello@chasia.com.

 

F. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed. See refund & exchange policy for further information.


G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
